1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing of orders takes 2-3 Business days. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) In the event of a sale or high volume orders, please allow an additional 3 business days for processing.
Express Shipping Orders are shipped out within 48 hours as long as the order is placed before 2pm Central Time on a Business day.
Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Standard Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages are Delivered with the USPS or FED-EX. Signature Confirmation is required. Business days are Monday-Friday.
2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com or www.fedex.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from Shopify. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 5 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at Teleisha@RoyalTStyles.com.
3. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed, or cancelled once processing is complete.
4. May I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within Fifteen (15) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!
We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your hair.
Bonnets may not be returned for any reason.
You must contact us first before returning your package by Emailing (Teleisha@RoyalTStyles.com) within the fifteen (15) day return period. All Royal-T Styles Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Royal-T Styles hair seal on the bundle has been broken!
5. When will I receive my refund?
A full refunds, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Royal-T Styles security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs.
6. May I make a exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within Fifteen (15) DAYS. The Royal-T Styles hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return! You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Royal-T Styles will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for.
